Role Description The Oracle Enterprise Profitability and Cost Management Techno-Functional Consultant will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Oracle-based profitability and cost management solutions. This role involves collaborating with business stakeholders to understand processes and requirements, translating them into functional designs, and configuring Oracle applications to support financial planning, cost allocation, and performance analysis. The consultant will work on integrating Oracle Enterprise Profitability and Cost Management with other Oracle modules and enterprise systems, ensuring data consistency and reliable reporting.

Daily activities include requirement gathering, solution design, technical configuration, testing, documentation,



and providing user support and training. This is an on-site role located in Mengio.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Business Process analysis and optimization, with the ability to translate business needs into effective Oracle solutions.
- Candidates should possess experience in Consulting, including stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, solution recommendation, and user training.
- Candidates should possess skills in Oracle HR and Oracle Applications, with hands-on experience configuring and supporting Oracle modules in enterprise environments.
- Candidates should possess Integration skills, including working with APIs, data interfaces, and integration between Oracle Enterprise Profitability and Cost Management and other systems.
- Strong understanding of profitability and cost management concepts, financial reporting, and performance analytics.
- Experience in techno-functional roles, combining configuration, basic technical troubleshooting, and functional design within Oracle ecosystems.
- Ability to document solutions clearly, create functional and technical specifications, and support testing and deployment activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field; relevant Oracle certifications are an advantage.
- Effective communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional teams on-site in Mengio.
