Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle EPCM Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in profitability analysis, cost allocation, and Oracle EPM Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will combine finance domain knowledge with technical expertise to design, implement, configure, and support Oracle Enterprise Profitability and Cost Management (EPCM) solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Oracle EPCM implementation, enhancement, and support projects.
- Gather and analyze business requirements related to profitability, cost allocation, and management reporting.
- Design allocation methodologies, driver-based calculations, and profitability models.
- Configure EPCM applications, business rules, forms, dashboards, and reports.
- Develop and maintain metadata, dimensions, data integrations, and calculation logic.
- Perform data validation, support SIT/UAT,



and manage production deployments.
- Integrate ERP systems with Oracle EPM Cloud applications.
- Collaborate with finance and business stakeholders to optimize profitability and cost management processes.
- Provide post-production support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

Required Skills
- 7+ years of Oracle EPM experience.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on Oracle EPCM Cloud implementation experience.
- Strong understanding of cost allocation methodologies, profitability analysis, and financial planning.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Oracle EPCM Cloud
- EPBCS/PBCS
- Data Management / Data Integration
- Calculation Manager
- Smart View
- Groovy scripting
- Knowledge of Essbase concepts and business rules.
- Experience integrating ERP systems with Oracle EPM Cloud.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- CA or MBA in Finance.
- Oracle EPM Cloud certifications.
- Domain experience in Retail, Utilities, Manufacturing, or Financial Services.
