We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud ERP AMS Lead to lead application management services (AMS), post-production support, and continuous improvement for Oracle Cloud ERP implementations.

Key Responsibilities

- Service Delivery & Support Management

- Lead AMS teams providing Level 2 and Level 3 support across Oracle Cloud ERP modules.
- Own SLA/KPI compliance for incident resolution, service requests, and change management.
- Establish and enforce ITIL-aligned support processes and service delivery standards.
- Conduct regular service review meetings with clients and internal stakeholders.

2. Technical & Functional Leadership
- Provide functional and technical oversight across Oracle Cloud ERP workstreams.
- Review and approve solution designs, configuration changes, enhancements, and development objects.
- Guide the implementation of patches, system enhancements, and new module rollouts.
- Manage quarterly Oracle Cloud updates, including impact assessments, testing, and deployment planning.




- Troubleshoot complex functional and technical issues across supported ERP modules.

3. Stakeholder & Client Management
- Serve as the primary escalation point for critical incidents and client concerns.
- Build robust relationships with business stakeholders, IT leadership, and Oracle Support.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and actionable solutions.
- Present service performance metrics, improvement plans, and application roadmaps to senior leadership.

4. Team & Resource Management
- Mentor and guide functional consultants, technical developers, and support analysts.
- Manage resource allocation, workload balancing, and team development.
- Coordinate onshore and offshore delivery teams to maintain effective support coverage.
- Promote collaboration across functional, technical, and business teams.

5. Governance & Continuous Improvement
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and operational efficiency.
- Maintain SOPs, support runbooks, configuration documentation, and release notes.
- Identify delivery risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Support internal and external audits while ensuring compliance with applicable SOX, GDPR,



and other regulatory requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 8–12 years of overall Oracle ERP experience.
- At least 3–5 years of experience leading AMS, application support, or post-production support engagements.
- Deep functional and technical expertise in at least two Oracle Cloud ERP pillars, such as Financials, SCM, Procurement, Projects, or HCM.
- Proven experience managing L2/L3 production support and critical incident escalations.
- Strong understanding of ITIL-aligned service management, incident management, problem management, and change management.
- Experience managing SLA/KPI performance, service reviews, and client expectations.
- Working knowledge of OTBI, BI Publisher, FBDI/HDL, OIC, and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud enhancements, quarterly updates, regression testing, and release management.

Preferred Qualifications

- Oracle Cloud certifications in relevant modules, such as Oracle Financials Cloud or Oracle SCM Cloud.
- ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent practical experience with ITIL frameworks.
- Experience managing AMS engagements within a Big Four firm, systems integrator, or managed services organization.
- Exposure to Oracle Fusion Middleware and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
- Strong understanding of financial and operational business processes, including:
- Order to Cash (O2C)
- Procure to Pay (P2P)
- Record to Report (R2R)
- Project Accounting
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale Oracle Cloud ERP environments and coordinating distributed delivery teams.
