Role Description The Operations Supervisor is a full-time, in office role based at APPL’s facilities in Bengaluru. The position is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations on the production floor and in warehousing, ensuring that packaging processes run efficiently, safely, and in line with quality standards. Key tasks include monitoring workflow, assigning duties to team members, tracking inventory and order fulfillment, coordinating with procurement and sales teams, and resolving operational issues in real time.

The Operations

Supervisor will implement and improve standard operating procedures, maintain compliance with company policies,



and support continuous improvement initiatives. The role also involves coaching and guiding team members, preparing operational reports, and helping management make data-informed decisions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills, including team coordination, performance monitoring, and frontline staff guidance.
- Candidates should possess solid Operations and Operations Management skills to oversee production, inventory, workflow planning, and process adherence.
- Candidates should possess good Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify bottlenecks, and recommend practical efficiency and quality improvements.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and effective direction to on-ground staff.
- Relevant experience in manufacturing, packaging, logistics, or related operations environments is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a focus on safety and quality.
- Proficiency with basic computer tools (e.g., MS Excel, ERP or inventory systems) and documentation practices is an advantage.
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field is beneficial.
