Role Description The Operations Manager – Interior Design will oversee day-to-day studio and site operations, ensuring projects are executed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating design, procurement, and installation activities; managing project schedules; tracking resources; and aligning internal teams, vendors, and contractors. The role involves monitoring workflow, implementing process improvements, and maintaining documentation and reporting for all ongoing projects.

The Operations

Manager will support client communication on operational matters,



ensure site readiness and timely delivery of furniture and finishes, and uphold safety and compliance standards. This is a full-time, in office role based in Hyderabad.

Qualifications

- Strong operations and project management skills, including scheduling, resource planning, and workflow optimization.
- Experience in interior design or construction-related environments, with an understanding of design-to-delivery processes.
- Vendor and contractor management skills, including negotiation, coordination, and quality oversight.
- Ability to manage budgets, monitor costs, and prepare operational reports and documentation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with designers, clients, suppliers, and site teams.
- Attention to detail and a focus on quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.
- Proficiency with project management tools and basic office software; familiarity with design workflows is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, interior design, architecture, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in an operations or project coordination role within interior design, furniture, or construction is highly beneficial.
