? We’re Hiring | O&M; Manager – Wastewater Treatment

Desire Energy Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced O&M; Manager to manage wastewater treatment operations and maintenance at our Ajmer project.

? Location: Ajmer, Rajasthan

? Experience: 4–8 Years

? Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical or Civil Engineering

? Industry: Infrastructure

? Mandatory: Experience in WTP/STP operations, with wastewater treatment experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities & KRAs:

- Manage day-to-day operations and maintenance of wastewater treatment facilities.
- Ensure smooth plant functioning and compliance with applicable environmental and discharge standards.
- Monitor treatment processes, water quality parameters, and plant performance.
- Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance of pumps, motors, blowers,



and other electromechanical equipment.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and minimize plant downtime.
- Monitor chemical consumption, electricity usage, and overall O&M; costs.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, equipment, and other resources.
- Maintain daily operational reports, maintenance logs, and plant performance records.
- Coordinate with clients, site teams, and vendors to ensure effective project execution.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and environmental requirements.
