As an Operations Intern at Sargam Ventures Private Limited, you’ll support day-to-day coordination and record-keeping while learning how operational tasks move from planning to completion.

- Update operational trackers in Excel, checking entries for accuracy and flagging missing information.
- Prepare and format documents, reports, and internal communications using Word and other MS Office tools.
- Organize digital files and maintain clear records so colleagues can find current information quickly.
- Assist with routine follow-ups by drafting concise, qualified emails in written English.
- Share updates with colleagues and clarify task details through clear spoken English.
- Compile information from documents and spreadsheets into summaries for review by the operations team.
- Track assigned tasks and deadlines, and promptly communicate progress or delays to the relevant colleagues.
