Skylar Technology is looking for an experienced Oracle EBS Finance Functional qualified with strong project management skills to lead and manage Oracle ERP Finance implementations, enhancements, and support activities at the client location in Kanpur. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Oracle EBS Financial modules, stakeholder management, project delivery, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Lead Oracle EBS Finance implementation, rollout, and support projects.
- Manage financial modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), and Cash Management (CM).
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Oversee project planning, resource allocation, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and clients.
- Manage project risks, issues,



and escalations to ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare and review functional documentation, including BRDs, FDDs, and configuration documents.
- Coordinate testing activities, including SIT, UAT, and post-go-live support.
- Ensure compliance with financial processes and Oracle EBS best practices.

Required Skills:-

- Strong experience in Oracle EBS R12 Finance Functional modules.
- Good understanding of P2P (Procure-to-Pay), O2C (Order-to-Cash), and R2R (Record-to-Report) processes.
- Experience managing Oracle ERP projects and client stakeholders.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in implementation, configuration, customization coordination, and production support.
- Ability to manage multiple deliverables and work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualification:-
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or a related field.
- Oracle EBS Financials certification is an added advantage.
- Previous experience in client-facing project management roles is preferred.
