UVAN International Liasoning is a cross-border market partner. We help foreign companies enter and operate in India, and we help Indian companies expand into Asia and other emerging markets, through market entry, liaisoning and language services (translation, interpretation, localization).

We’re looking for a Project Coordinator to be the link between our clients, linguists, partners and internal team.

We’re not hiring for a stopgap. We want someone who wants to grow with UVAN over the long term, and we’ll invest in training and a clear growth path in return.

What you’ll do

- Review incoming client enquiries and scope the work: languages, volumes, formats, deadlines
- Work with our vendor manager to match projects to the right linguists and partners
- Run projects from kick-off to delivery, including quality checks
- Be the go-to person for international and Indian clients: updates, queries, feedback
- Keep project records clean and accurate in Zoho
- Track vendor payments and client receivables, and support Finance with the details





What you bring

- A bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Strong written and spoken English
- Sharp attention to detail and comfort with Excel/Google Sheets
- The ability to juggle multiple tasks without dropping any

Bonus, not required

- Experience in project coordination, translation or localization
- Zoho or a similar CRM
- Experience working with freelancers or vendors

The details

- Pune, on-site | Full-time
- ₹15,000-25,000/month, based on experience
- Salary review after [6/12] months based on performance
- Reports to the Operations Manager/ Founder
