Title: AM - Supply Planning (Supplier Side)

Location : Bangalore

Experience: 2-4 years in supply planning, procurement planning, or vendor management, preference for a candidate who has experience in a high-growth startup or D2C/e-commerce environment

Role summary

You’ll own the link between demand and supply on the vendor side. You’ll turn the demand forecast into a rolling 4-month production plan, work with vendors to execute it, and re-prioritise quickly when demand or priorities shift.

Key responsibilities

- Build and maintain a rolling 4-month production and procurement plan by SKU and vendor
- Be the single point of contact for vendors on capacity, lead times, raw/packaging material readiness, and delivery commitments
- Follow up on production status and flag risks (delays, shortages, quality holds) early
- Re-prioritise production when demand, launches, or promotions change
- Track and report supplier OTIF, plan adherence,



and fill rate
- Work with Demand Planning, Warehouse/Inventory, and Procurement to keep stock coverage healthy
- Improve processes and build trackers and dashboards that cut manual follow-up

Must-have

- Hands-on experience creating production or supply plans from demand forecasts
- Robust vendor and contract manufacturer management, including negotiation and escalation
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets (pivots, lookups, formulas); comfortable with ERP/WMS data
- Ability to work in ambiguity and change priorities quickly

Good to have

- High-growth startup or D2C experience
- BigQuery/SQL, Looker, or automation skills
- Familiarity with MOQs, lead-time buffers, and safety stock logic
- Experience in FMCG, consumer products, or manufacturing
