About the Role

Sotrue is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to manage day-to-day e-commerce operations, including purchase order management, dispatch coordination, inventory handling, RTO tracking, and operational reporting. The ideal candidate should have basic MS Excel knowledge, strong coordination skills, and the ability to ensure smooth and efficient operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and process Purchase Orders (POs) from multiple e-commerce platforms accurately and within defined timelines.
- Coordinate dispatch operations, including documentation, shipment tracking, and timely follow-ups.
- Monitor and maintain RTO (Return to Origin) records, analyse return reasons, and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
- Oversee inventory unloading, inwarding, stock verification, and proper stock placement.
- Maintain and update operational data using MS Excel.
- Identify process gaps, analyse operational data, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal teams, warehouse personnel, logistics partners,



and external vendors to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Perform basic quality checks to ensure compliance with defined operational standards.
- Coordinate and manage blue-collar packaging labour, including daily task allocation, attendance, and workflow to ensure timely and efficient packaging operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1+ year of relevant experience in operations, preferably in e-commerce.
- Hands-on experience in purchase order handling, dispatch coordination, and inventory management.
- Basic working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks within deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in e-commerce, D2C brands, warehousing, or supply chain operations.
- Familiarity with inventory management, logistics coordination, and RTO tracking.
- A proactive mindset with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and process improvement.
