JD 2: Senior ERP Technical Consultant (Odoo)Role purpose: Build, extend and connect Odoo so it fits Stemz's processes, integrates with our other systems, and runs reliably.

Key responsibilities1. Development and customizationDevelop custom Odoo modules in Python, and extend views, reports and workflows (XML, QWeb, OWL/JavaScript).

Build custom reports and print formats (invoices, receipts, purchase orders), plus P&L; by cost centre, business line and legal entity, consolidation and IFRS / Ind AS reporting packs.

Keep customizations upgrade-safe and follow Odoo coding standards.

- Integrations

Build and maintain the interface between Odoo and the lab system (test/package masters, center-wise billing and collections, patient-wise revenue, reagent consumption). Integrate Odoo with radiology systems (RIS/HIS), payment gateways, banks, payroll, petty cash/expense tools and e-invoicing/GST portals.

Work with RESTAPIs, XML-RPC/JSON-RPC and webhooks.

- Data migrationBuild scripts to extract, clean and load accounting data from Tally (masters, ledgers, opening balances) and inventory data from the existing ERP (items, stock on hand, batches/expiry, locations) into Odoo.

Reconcile migrated records with the functional team.
- Hosting and administrationManage Odoo.sh or self-hosted deployments (Linux, PostgreSQL, Nginx), including backups, upgrades and performance tuning.

Maintain dev,



test and production environments with version control (Git).
- Security and supportSet up user roles, record rules and access controls.

Resolve L2/L3 issues and document technical designs.
- Automation and generative AIAutomate recurring workflows using Odoo automated actions, scheduled jobs and scripts (bank feeds, reconciliations, alerts, approvals).

Build generative AI features using LLM APIs, such as invoice and document extraction, smart matching, and natural-language queries on ERP data, with proper data security controls.

RequirementsB.Tech / BE / MCA in Computer Science or related field.

5–8 years' experience, including at least 3 Odoo implementations with third-party integrations (Zoho Creator/Deluge or other ERP development is a plus).

Robust Python and PostgreSQL skills; working knowledge of JavaScript and XML.

Hands-on experience with the Odoo ORM, module structure and version upgrades (Odoo 16/17/18).

Experience building API integrations with third-party systems.

Comfortable with Linux, Git and cloud hosting (AWS/Azure/Odoo.sh).

Working understanding of accounting, cost centres, consolidation and inventory flows.

Good to haveOdoo Technical Certification.

Experience integrating healthcare systems or Indian statutory portals (GST e-invoice, e-way bill).

Exposure to BI tools (Power BI, Metabase) and to LLM APIs or AI tools used for automation.
