1. We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Nurse with relevant nursing certification and qualified registration.
2. Candidates should have strong clinical knowledge, patient-care skills, and good communication abilities.
3. Responsibilities include patient monitoring, medication administration, maintaining records, assisting doctors, and responding to emergencies.
4. Previous healthcare experience, teamwork, empathy, professionalism, and commitment to patient safety are essential.
5. Provide nursing care to patients according to their medical needs and treatment plans.
6. Monitor patients’ vital signs, symptoms, and overall health condition.
7. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors.
8. Assist doctors and healthcare professionals during examinations and procedures.
9. Maintain accurate patient records, nursing notes, and clinical documentation.
10. Provide pre-operative and post-operative care as required.
11. DNC Certificate required
