Responsibilities

- Lead and manage multiple projects focused on Power BI implementation and data visualization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to meet objectives.
- Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
- Ensure the quality of deliverables by conducting thorough testing and validation of Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Provide training and support to team members and end-users on Power BI best practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in Power BI and data analytics.

Mandatory Skills

- Strong expertise in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and report/dashboard creation.
- Proven experience in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Experience in managing project budgets and timelines effectively.
