Kissht is looking for a Motion Graphic Artist who can produce high-quality, short-form video at speed using AI video, image, voice and avatar tools, and then polish it into broadcast-ready work in Premiere Pro and After Effects. You will own the journey from script or brief to final, brand-compliant video across ads, reels, explainers and UGC-style content.

Key Responsibilities :

- Create short-form videos (ads, reels, explainers, UGC) using AI video, image, voice and avatar tools.
- Turn scripts and briefs into prompts and shot lists, then generate and refine the output.
- Edit, colour-grade and add motion graphics, captions, sound and music in Premiere Pro or After Effects.
- Keep characters, style and branding consistent across videos.
- Produce multiple variants of a single video (formats, languages, aspect ratios, offers) quickly.
- Fix common AI issues such as artifacts, morphing, text errors and lip-sync drift.
- Follow brand guidelines and create video accordingly.
- Test new AI tools and recommend the ones worth adopting.

Key Qualifications :

- 3–5 years of relevant experience in motion graphics, video editing or AI video production.
- A portfolio of finished AI-generated videos (mandatory).
- Strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.




- Hands-on experience with tools such as Veo, Kling, Runway, Sora, Luma, Midjourney, ElevenLabs and HeyGen.
- Good prompting skills for video (camera, lighting, motion, continuity).
- A strong sense of pacing, typography, colour and storytelling.
- Ability to deliver rapid and at volume without a drop in quality.
