Fintech Forge is a quick-growing collections and lending company in Gurgaon, working with 50+ banks and NBFCs across India. We’re hiring MIS Analysts to run the reporting backbone of collections operation.

What you’ll do

- Build and maintain daily/weekly MIS: allocation, DPD-bucket performance, PTP vs. collected, agent and TL productivity, client dashboards
- Pull and transform data from our databases using SQL; automate recurring reports
- Build pivot-based and formula-driven trackers in Excel/Google Sheets; keep them accurate and on time
- Reconcile client payment files against internal records and flag mismatches
- Support ops and client teams with ad-hoc data cuts and quick analysis

What we’re looking for

- 1–5 years in MIS/reporting (BPO, collections,



or fintech experience is a plus)
- Strong SQL: joins, aggregations, subqueries, basic window functions
- Strong Excel: XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS/COUNTIFS, pivot tables, data cleaning; Power Query is a bonus
- Attention to detail and comfort with tight daily deadlines

Good to have: Python/R basics, Power BI/Looker Studio, exposure to dialer or LMS data

Details: Full-time, work from office (Sector 51 area, Gurgaon). CTC - depending on skills. Immediate joiners preferred.
