Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Merchandiser role based in Gurugram. The Merchandiser will manage products from concept to delivery, coordinating with suppliers, designers, and buyers to ensure assortments meet client specifications and market trends. Daily responsibilities include tracking samples and orders, monitoring production timelines, reviewing quality standards, and preparing product presentations and reports.

The role involves frequent communication with international clients and vendors, negotiating prices and terms, and supporting marketing and sales teams with product information. The Merchandiser will also visit factories as needed to oversee production, resolve issues,



and maintain strong vendor relationships.

Qualifications and Duties

- Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal interaction with clients and vendors.
- At least 4-5 years of Merchandising experience.
- Customer Service abilities to manage client expectations, respond to inquiries, and maintain long-term relationships.
- Sales and Retail knowledge to understand assortments, pricing, consumer behavior, and store-level merchandising needs.
- Marketing awareness to support product positioning, promotions, and trend analysis in apparel, accessories, and home furnishings.
- Experience in merchandising, sourcing, or buying within fashion, textiles, or related industries.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a quick-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfort with data tracking and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion, Textiles, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to collaborate with cross-functional teams on-site in Gurugram.
- Must have the ability to visit factories on regular basis during order for smooth operations.
