We are looking for an experienced Mendix Technical Lead / Senior Mendix Consultant to join our team!

? Experience: 10–15 Years Overall IT Experience

? Relevant Experience: Minimum 4 Years in Mendix

? Role: Mendix Technical Lead

? Key Responsibilities:

✅ Design, develop, deploy, and maintain enterprise applications using Mendix.

✅ Lead end-to-end application development and delivery.

✅ Define and implement Mendix development standards and best practices.

✅ Drive application architecture, data modeling, integrations, and performance optimization.

✅ Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

✅ Collaborate with business stakeholders, UI/UX teams, and cross-functional teams.

✅ Mentor developers and provide technical guidance.

✅ Contribute to Agile/Scrum-based project delivery.

? Must-Have Skills:

✔️ 10–15 years of overall IT experience.

✔️ Minimum 4 years of hands-on Mendix experience.





✔️ Successfully delivered at least 2 complete Mendix projects, from development to deployment.

✔️ Robust knowledge of data modeling, application architecture, integrations, and performance optimization.

✔️ Experience in technical leadership, team mentoring, and development standards.

✔️ Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging skills.

✔️ Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

⭐ Good to Have:

- Mendix Gen AI Resource Pack
- Azure/AWS-based AI solutions
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
- UI implementation based on UI/UX designs
