About Konma Iqon

Konma Iqon is the Outreach, Communications and PR wing of Konma Org, working across multiple brands, initiatives and collaborations.

Every brand has a different story to tell — and we are looking for someone who can find creative ways to tell those stories across different media.

We are hiring a Media & Content Creator who is comfortable working across video, photography, graphics, social media and AI-generated content.

More than someone who simply knows the tools, we are looking for a creative person with ideas, visual instinct and curiosity — someone who can take a concept and figure out the best medium to bring it alive.

What You’ll Do

Content Creation

- Create content across multiple formats including photography, video, reels, graphics, animations and AI-generated media.
- Shoot and edit short-form videos for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Photograph products, spaces, people, events and experiences.
- Develop visual content for campaigns, launches, events and brand communication.
- Convert ideas, briefs and raw footage into engaging finished content.
- Adapt content into multiple formats suitable for different social platforms.
- Experiment with new formats, visual styles and storytelling approaches.

AI-Assisted Creative Production
- Use generative AI tools for images, video, ideation, storyboarding, visualisation and creative experimentation.
- Write and refine prompts to achieve specific creative outcomes.
- Combine AI-generated assets with traditional photography, videography, design and editing.
- Explore emerging AI creative tools and identify where they can improve the quality or speed of our content production.
- Understand that AI is a creative tool rather than a replacement for creative thinking.





Social Media Content

- Work closely with the Community & Outreach team to create content for the social media pages of multiple brands.
- Develop reels, stories, posts, carousels and other platform-specific content.
- Capture timely content around events, products, people and activities.
- Understand current social media formats and trends while avoiding blindly copying trends.
- Help establish a distinctive visual language for each brand.

Creative Development

- Participate in brainstorming and campaign ideation.
- Translate rough concepts into visual references, moodboards, storyboards and finished media.
- Understand the personality and audience of different brands and adapt the creative approach accordingly.
- Proactively suggest content ideas instead of waiting only for briefs.
- Maintain and organise footage, photographs, project files and other media assets.

Who We’re Looking For

You should be someone who:
- Is genuinely creative and visually curious.
- Enjoys experimenting with different ways of telling a story.
- Is comfortable working across multiple media formats rather than being restricted to one.
- Can shoot and edit valuable-quality photos and videos.
- Understands composition, lighting, framing, pacing and visual storytelling.
- Has experience with video editing and basic graphic/design tools.
- Is interested in and actively experiments with generative AI for creative work.
- Understands social media and what makes content engaging.
- Can move from an idea to execution independently.
- Can manage multiple brands and creative requirements simultaneously.
- Is willing to learn new tools,



formats and technologies as they emerge.

Experience with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, Canva or equivalent creative software is useful.

Experience with AI image, video, audio and other generative creative tools will be a strong advantage.

We care more about what you can create and how you think creatively than the specific software you use.

? Portfolio Matters For this role, your work matters more to us than your qualifications.

You don't need to be an expert in everything. But you should demonstrate creative thinking, visual taste and the ability to learn and experiment across mediums.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Working Days: 6 days per week

What Makes This Role Different

You won't be creating the same kind of content every day for a single brand.

You will work across the Konma ecosystem and multiple brands handled by Konma Iqon, giving you opportunities to work with different subjects, industries, products, people, spaces and stories.

One day could involve shooting a product. Another could involve documenting an experience, creating a reel, experimenting with AI-generated visuals, covering an event or developing an entirely new visual concept.

We want someone who sees media as a playground for ideas.
