Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for MBBS Doctors and Nurses based at Gunam Super Speciality Hospital in Krishnagiri. Medical doctors will provide outpatient and inpatient care, conduct clinical examinations, diagnose and treat conditions, prescribe medications, coordinate with specialists, and participate in ward rounds and emergency coverage. Nurses will deliver bedside care, monitor vital signs, administer medications, assist in procedures, support critical care units, and maintain accurate patient records.

Both doctors and nurses will collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary team, follow clinical protocols, support infection control practices, and contribute to patient and family education.



The roles also include participation in quality improvement activities, adherence to hospital policies, and commitment to ethical, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong clinical skills in patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and ongoing monitoring.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in medication administration, documentation, and adherence to safety and infection control protocols.
- Candidates should possess effective communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills to work with patients, families, and multidisciplinary staff.
- Candidates should possess skills in time management, prioritization of patient care, and the ability to perform under pressure in busy hospital settings.
- MBBS degree from a recognized institution with valid medical registration; relevant clinical experience in hospital settings is preferred.
- Nursing candidates should hold a recognized nursing qualification (GNM/B.Sc Nursing or equivalent) with appropriate registration; hospital or critical care experience is an advantage.
- Ability to work in rotating shifts, including nights and weekends, and a solid commitment to ethical, compassionate, and non-discriminatory patient care.
- Basic computer literacy for using hospital information systems and willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development.
