Role Description The Marketplace Growth Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Karnal. This role is responsible for driving growth across online marketplaces by managing product listings, pricing, promotions, and performance KPIs. Daily activities include monitoring sales trends, optimizing catalog content, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and executing marketplace campaigns.

The position also involves analyzing marketplace data, identifying new growth opportunities, managing projects related to platform expansion, and ensuring a consistent brand presence. The role requires regular reporting on performance,



collaborating with sales and marketing, and implementing strategies to improve conversion rates and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills and experience working with analytics tools to track performance, interpret data, and support data-driven decisions.

- Effective communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage external marketplace contacts.

•
- Proven sales acumen with experience in driving revenue growth, managing online listings, and optimizing marketplace performance.

- Project management skills to plan, coordinate, and deliver marketplace initiatives on time and within scope.

Experience with e-commerce platforms or online marketplaces (such as Amazon, Flipkart, or similar), and familiarity with digital merchandising best practices.

- Ability to work on-site in Karnal, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

- Prior experience in consumer electronics or retail is an advantage.
