Role Description The Marketing Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Thalayolparambu. This role involves planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote biomedical equipment to healthcare institutions, distributors, and other stakeholders. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing competitor activity, and supporting the development of marketing strategies and sales plans.

The Marketing

Specialist will create and manage marketing materials, coordinate with the sales team, and maintain strong relationships with customers through responsive communication and service.



The role also includes tracking campaign performance, preparing reports, and providing insights to optimize marketing and sales outcomes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage professionally with clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills to identify opportunities, segment markets, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Candidates should possess Sales and basic Marketing skills to support lead generation, product promotion, and conversion activities.
- Candidates should have proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools, along with the ability to prepare clear presentations and reports.
- Candidates should demonstrate robust analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field is preferred; experience in healthcare or biomedical products is an advantage.
