Role Overview The Marketing Manager role will involve looking into overall marketing strategy, brand building, digital transformation, and AI-driven initiatives for UK Realty. This role will be responsible for shaping the company’s marketing vision, driving growth across channels, enhancing customer engagement, and ensuring the brand remains synonymous with trust, innovation, and lifestyle excellence.

This role requires a strategic thinker with deep real estate marketing expertise, proven leadership in digital performance marketing, and hands-on familiarity with AI tools, automation, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals, sales targets, and project timelines.
- Collaborate closely with the leadership team to define market positioning, pricing strategy, and go-to-market plans for new launches.
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary marketing team (digital, brand, performance, CRM, design, content, etc.).
- Brand & Communications
- Strengthen the UK Realty brand identity across all touchpoints — online, offline, and experiential.
- Ensure consistent brand voice across ATL/BTL campaigns, digital channels, and customer communication.




- Drive high-impact storytelling around the company’s vision, projects, and customer success stories.
- Digital & Performance Marketing
- Lead end-to-end digital marketing: SEO, SEM, social media, programmatic, influencer campaigns, and performance marketing.
- Use analytics and tools to measure ROI, optimize campaigns, and improve lead quality.
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve lead-to-site-visit-to-booking conversion ratios.
- Marketing Automation
- Implement driven tools for customer segmentation, predictive lead scoring, chatbot engagement, and content personalization.
- Use generative to accelerate campaign design, ad copy creation, and social content ideation.
- Leverage data analytics and machine learning to derive actionable insights from marketing data.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies relevant to marketing and real estate.
- Market Research & Consumer Insights
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and consumer behavior analysis to inform marketing strategies.
- Use and data visualization tools to extract trends and predict market shifts.
- Build dashboards for real-time performance tracking and leadership reporting.
- Partnerships & Ecosystem Development
- Manage relationships with media houses, digital agencies, PR firms, and tech partners.
- Drive strategic partnerships with PropTech, fintech, and startups to enhance marketing innovation.
- Events, PR & Offline Marketing
- Plan and execute large-scale real estate events, exhibitions, and experiential activations.
- Strengthen media relations and corporate communications to enhance brand visibility and reputation.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education





- MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Business, or related field from a reputed institution.
- Additional certification in for Business / Digital Marketing / Data Analytics preferred.

Experience

- 5 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a role within real estate, lifestyle, or property development.
- Proven track record in launching and scaling residential/commercial real estate projects.
- Experience working with or leading enabled marketing systems (e.g.ChatGPT, Midjourney, Google AI tools, etc.).

Technical & Functional Skills
- Strong command of digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, CRM tools).
- Deep understanding of consumer funnels, ROI metrics, and marketing attribution models.
- Exposure to AI marketing stacks (automation, content generation, data analytics, personalization engines).
- Familiarity with PropTech trends, lead management CRMs, and customer data platforms.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and team leadership skills.
