Job SummaryWe are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have an interest in brand marketing, digital marketing, and on-ground promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and brand activations.
- Coordinate marketing activities for new store openings and local store promotions.
- Support social media campaigns and coordinate with creative agencies and influencers.
- Assist in organizing events, exhibitions, sponsorships, and other brand-building activities.
- Coordinate with vendors for printing, branding materials, and promotional requirements.




- Work closely with store teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
- Track campaign performance, customer feedback, and competitor activities.
- Prepare basic marketing reports and maintain campaign-related documentation.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 0–1 year of experience in marketing. Freshers with relevant internships can also apply.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic understanding of social media and digital marketing.
- Willingness to travel for store visits, events, shoots and promotional activities.
- Creative thinking, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred Skills

- Interest in the F&B;, retail, or FMCG industry.
- Experience using AI for workflow automation and data analysis
- Basic knowledge of Canva and social media platforms.
- A basic eye for aesthetic quality and content formatting is a plus.

- Good to have prior experience working in or closely with creative/digital marketing agencies.
