Role Overview
Develop and support analytical reports and dashboards that provide insights into sales performance and incentive compensation.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop reports, dashboards, KPIs and drill-down views in SAP Commissions
- Create participant, manager and business reports on transactions, credits, measurements, incentives and payments.
- Configure datasets, dimensions, measures, filters and calculated metrics.
- Implement role-based visibility and validate reporting outputs against commission results.
- Investigate report accuracy, performance and execution issues.
- Gather reporting requirements and support report testing, migration and deployment.
- Document report specifications, data logic and validation cases.

Preferred Skills

- SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP HANA calculation views.
- Crystal Reports or other enterprise BI reporting tools.

Candidate Profile

Candidates should have practical SAP SuccessFactors Incentive Management implementation or enhancement experience, robust troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work with functional and technical stakeholders.
