Set up &operate; VMC, HMC CNC machines according drawings process sheets.Install, align secure jigs, fixtures, vises, rotary tables (4th/5th axis), cutting tools. Configure work offsets (G54–G59), tool length compensation, wear/geometry offsets etc.

Required Candidate profile

Write, edit, and optimize manual or CAD/CAM CNC programs using G-codes M-codes. Handle 2D/3D programming, sub-programs, canned cycles.Modify code to reduce cycle times, lower cost-per-component CPC..
