Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our Lenskart retail team. The ideal candidate will assist customers in selecting eyewear products, provide excellent service, and contribute to achieving store sales targets while maintaining Lenskarts service standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet customers and understand their eyewear needs

- Assist customers in selecting frames, lenses, and accessories

- Explain product features, pricing, and ongoing offers clearly

- Conduct basic eye check-up coordination and guide customers through the process

- Achieve individual and store sales targets

- Handle billing, cash/card transactions, and POS systems

- Maintain store cleanliness, product displays, and visual merchandising standards

- Manage inventory and ensure proper stock handling

- Handle customer queries, feedback, and post-sale support professionally

Requirements & Qualifications





- Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Diploma / Any Graduate

- Prior experience in retail sales or customer service preferred

- Good communication skills in English and local language

- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude

- Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays

- Basic computer knowledge
