Responsibilities

- Build, maintain, and improve frontend applications using React and TypeScript.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver high-quality user experiences.
- Contribute to backend APIs and services, ensuring well-structured and maintainable systems.
- Take ownership of features end-to-end from design discussions to production monitoring.
- Write clean, testable, and maintainable code following best practices.
- Integrate AI capabilities into applications to enhance user experience, automation, and productivity.
- Continuously improve developer experience, tooling, and internal practices.

Required Qualifications

- 7+ years of full-stack development experience, with a strong focus on frontend engineering.
- Strong expertise in the following frontend technologies:

- TypeScript
- React
- GraphQL

- Hands-on experience integrating AI/LLM capabilities into web applications using APIs from providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of AI application development concepts, including prompt engineering, LLM-based workflows, and structured AI outputs.
- Experience building AI-powered features such as intelligent search, chat interfaces, content generation, summarization, or workflow automation.




- Basic understanding of backend fundamentals:

- Relational databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL.
- API development, REST specifications, MVC patterns, database modeling, migrations, indexes, and task queues.

- Familiarity with AI application integration patterns, including function/tool calling, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), or vector databases.
- Proven ability to work in rapid-paced environments with a culture of ownership and accountability.

Great Plus Points

Candidates should have experience in at least one of the following:

- Hands-on experience with micro-frontend architecture and Webpack Module Federation.
- Experience with end-to-end UI automation testing using tools such as Playwright or Cypress.
- Experience building and maintaining a UI design system.
- Experience implementing RAG pipelines, vector search, or AI-powered retrieval systems.
- Experience with AI agent frameworks or orchestration tools such as LangChain, LangGraph, or similar technologies.

Nice to Have

- Experience with Relay for GraphQL.
- Familiarity with Python development.
