Role & responsibilities -

- Manage the entire project lifecycle including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring & controlling, and closure.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans effectively.
- Handle risk identification, assessment, mitigation strategies, and change control processes.
- Coordinate and manage communication between internal teams, vendors, OEMs, and stakeholders.
- Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and compliance with organizational standards.
- Conduct status meetings, progress tracking, and stakeholder reporting.
- Drive project governance and ensure projects meet quality and delivery standards.
- Manage escalations and resolve conflicts to ensure smooth project execution.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics,



or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5–8 years of proven experience in Project Management with focus on Networking / IT Infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of Networking technologies (Routing, Switching, Wireless, Security, etc.).
- Excellent understanding of Project Management methodologies – Waterfall, Agile, Scrum.
- Hands-on experience in preparing project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under strict deadlines.
