Role Description The Marketing Engineer will play a key role in connecting TechFLUENT’s advanced engineering solutions with target markets in Defence, Aerospace, Space, Industrial Automation, and Research. This full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru South involves translating complex technical offerings into clear value propositions, preparing marketing collateral, and supporting product positioning and go-to-market activities. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with engineering teams to understand product capabilities,



creating technical brochures, case studies, and presentations, and assisting in solution demonstrations for potential customers.

The role also includes analyzing market trends and competitor offerings, coordinating with sales to develop targeted campaigns, participating in customer meetings and industry events, and providing feedback to product teams based on market insights.

The Marketing

Engineer will help maintain consistent technical messaging across digital channels, proposals, and customer communications.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in engineering or technology, preferably in electronics, embedded systems, RF, FPGA, industrial automation, or related domains.
- Ability to understand and explain technical concepts, system architectures, and product features to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience creating technical marketing content such as product briefs, presentations, datasheets, case studies, and solution overviews.
- Skills in market research, competitor analysis, and identifying customer needs in sectors like Defence, Aerospace, Space, and Industrial Automation.
- Proficiency in using productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., office suites, presentation tools, CRM or marketing platforms) to support campaigns and customer engagement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; robust presentation and interpersonal abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, Communication, Instrumentation, or similar) or an equivalent technical discipline; a combination of technical and business education is an advantage.
