? Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute integrated marketing and digital growth strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage SEO, SEM, Google Ads, social media, email marketing, and content marketing campaigns.
- Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, conversions, and marketing ROI.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and performance tracking.
- Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and marketing automation platforms to enhance campaign effectiveness and productivity.
- Monitor website traffic, campaign analytics, and customer engagement to identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate website content, landing pages, design, development, and digital user experience.




- Collaborate with Business Development to align marketing initiatives with lead generation and revenue targets.
- Strengthen brand visibility through digital campaigns, content strategies, and market-focused initiatives.
- Prepare performance reports, analyze results, and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Coordinate marketing projects and guide team members to ensure quality and timely execution.

? Requirements

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within a B2B or professional services environment.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, social media, content marketing, and website analytics.
- Experience with AI-powered marketing tools, analytics platforms, and marketing automation.
- Knowledge of website development, landing page optimization, and graphic design.
- Solid analytical, communication, presentation, and project management skills.
- A proactive, creative, and commercially focused mindset with a strong focus on measurable results.
