Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create and manage content across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and other social platforms.
- Research industry trends, competitors and content ideas to keep our social presence relevant and engaging.
- Write engaging captions,
posts and copy that match our brand voice.
- Design and edit creatives, short videos and reels using tools like Canva and CapCut.
- Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely posting and publishing.
- Optimize content for better reach, engagement and visibility.
- Track and analyze performance using platform analytics (Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, YouTube Studio) and share regular reports.
- Engage with the community by responding to comments and messages.
- Collaborate with the team to support campaigns, launches and promotional activities.
- Stay updated on social media best practices and emerging trends.
- Build and nurture an online community by engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and encouraging conversations around our brand.
