Hiring: Marketing & Business Growth Associate

Cannazo India | Mumbai

We’re looking for a smart, proactive, and dynamic individual who enjoys taking ownership, communicating with people, exploring new opportunities, and contributing to business growth.

At Cannazo India, this role goes beyond traditional marketing. You’ll work across e-commerce platforms, marketing initiatives, event partnerships, and business development, playing an active role in expanding our brand’s reach and presence.

Key Responsibilities

E-commerce Management: Manage product listings, updates, content, and coordination across our e-commerce platforms.

Platform Growth: Build relationships with platform representatives, explore growth opportunities, and coordinate campaigns, promotions, and brand visibility initiatives.

Marketing & Business Development: Contribute fresh ideas, identify new opportunities, and actively participate in initiatives that drive brand awareness and business growth.

Events & Partnerships: Research relevant exhibitions, trade fairs, industry events, and brand activations across India. Coordinate participation and represent the brand at events when required.

Coordination & Execution: Work with internal teams, external partners, vendors, and platform representatives to ensure smooth execution of ongoing initiatives.

Proactively explore collaborations, partnerships, and current channels that can help expand Cannazo India’s market presence.

Who We’re Looking For A confident communicator with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Someone proactive, resourceful, and comfortable taking ownership of responsibilities.

A creative thinker who can generate practical ideas and turn them into action.

Someone organised, adaptable, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.

Comfortable with professional communication, follow-ups, coordination, and negotiations.

Willing to travel for events and business activities across India when required.

Prior experience in marketing, e-commerce, business development, or coordination is preferred. Freshers with the right attitude and aptitude are welcome to apply.
