Role Overview:

We’re looking for a proactive professional to support market intelligence, lead generation, and business development for a specialized Design & Engineering Consulting organization serving the global pharmaceutical and life sciences industry.





Key Responsibilities:

- Research international markets, industry trends, and potential business opportunities.
- Identify target companies and map key decision-makers across engineering, projects, QA, and leadership functions.
- Generate, qualify, and develop business leads for consulting and engineering services.
- Initiate client outreach through email, calls, and other skilled channels.
- Follow up with prospective clients and support the development of a qualified sales pipeline.
- Maintain accurate lead databases, market intelligence, and business development reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams on client requirements, proposals, and business opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

- Experience in market research, lead generation, inside sales, or B2B business development.
- Strong communication, research, and analytical skills.
- A proactive, persistent, and commercially oriented approach.
- Interest in international markets and consultative selling.
- Experience in pharma, life sciences, engineering, or consulting services will be an advantage.
