About the Role:

- Housekeeping & Hygiene: Oversee daily cleaning operations, ensure hygiene standards across all areas, and manage vendor performance.
- Security Management: Coordinate with security agencies, monitor access control, and ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Waste & Pest Control: Implement waste segregation and disposal systems; manage pest control schedules and compliance.
- Vendor & Staff Supervision: Manage outsourced staff, conduct training, and ensure service quality through regular audits.
- Budgeting & Reporting: Track expenses, prepare MIS reports, and support cost optimization initiatives.

About You:

- Experience in facility management or hospitality services.
- Robust vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of safety, hygiene, and statutory compliance standards.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and facility management software.
- Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.
