? Experience: 10-15 Years

Mandatory Skills

✅ Hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Solution Architect

✅ Expertise in one or more of the following modules:

- ITAM (IT Asset Management)
- ITOM (IT Operations Management)
- IRM (Integrated Risk Management)
- CSM (Customer Service Management)

✅ Solid experience in solution design, architecture, implementation, and stakeholder management.

Mandatory Certifications

- ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator)




- Module-specific certifications such as:
- ITOM Discovery
- CSM
- ITAM
- IRM
