We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Manager – Media Activation to manage and optimize media campaigns across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in campaign execution, media optimization, performance analysis, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize media campaigns across relevant digital media platforms.
- Manage campaign setup, trafficking, tracking, pacing, and performance monitoring.
- Monitor campaign KPIs, budgets, delivery, and overall media performance.
- Analyze campaign data and provide actionable optimization recommendations.
- Coordinate with media planning, analytics, creative, and client servicing teams.
- Prepare campaign reports, performance dashboards, and post-campaign analysis.
- Ensure accurate implementation of campaign briefs, tracking requirements, and brand guidelines.
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign efficiency, audience targeting, and ROI.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external media partners.





Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in media activation, digital media operations, or campaign management.
- Strong understanding of digital media platforms and campaign optimization.
- Experience with campaign reporting, performance metrics, and budget management.
- Proficiency in Excel and presentation tools; experience with analytics and reporting dashboards is preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in a media agency or digital marketing setting.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, DV360, or other relevant buying and activation platforms, depending on the team's requirements.
- Knowledge of KPIs such as CPM, CPC, CTR, CPA, conversions, and ROAS.
