About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and results-driven professional to drive government partnerships and business development initiatives across Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have experience working with government agencies, public sector organizations, and key stakeholders to identify business opportunities, build strategic relationships, and drive sustainable growth.

What You'll Do

- Identify and evaluate business opportunities across government and public sector organizations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government bodies and key stakeholders at state, district, and other relevant levels.
- Develop and manage a pipeline of potential government partnerships, collaborations,



and business opportunities.
- Develop business plans and strategies aligned with organizational growth objectives.
- Prepare and present proposals, reports, and business presentations to key stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective execution of partnership initiatives.
- Develop revenue models, pricing strategies, and sales plans to support business growth.
- Manage stakeholder communication and drive long-term partnerships with government and private sector organizations.

- What We're Looking For

- 3–5 years of relevant experience in government partnerships, government business development, or public sector engagement.
- Experience working with government agencies at the state, district, or national level is required.
- Solid stakeholder management, relationship-building, and communication skills.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to identify business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships.
- Strong presentation and proposal development skills.
- Graduates from public policy fellowships or organizations such as Gandhi Fellowship, Public Policy in Action (PPIA), Piramal Foundation, Transform Rural India (TRI), or Teach For India (TFI) will be preferred.
