Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Liver Transplant Surgeon with strong expertise in liver transplantation and laparoscopic surgery. The ideal candidate should have experience working in a high-volume liver transplant centre, a proven surgical track record, and a willingness to pursue advanced robotic surgical procedures.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform liver transplant surgeries and complex hepatobiliary procedures.
- Demonstrate strong expertise in laparoscopic surgery and minimally invasive surgical techniques.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including hepatologists, anaesthesiologists, intensivists and transplant coordinators.
- Ensure high standards of patient safety, clinical outcomes and post-operative care.
- Contribute to clinical excellence,



protocol development and continuous quality improvement.
- Participate in the development and expansion of advanced liver transplant and robotic surgery services.

Eligibility Criteria
- Relevant postgraduate and super-specialty qualifications in Liver Transplantation / Hepatobiliary Surgery, as applicable.
- Proven experience working in a high-volume liver transplant centre.
- Minimum experience of 100 surgeries performed, with the nature and extent of surgical experience to be verified during the selection process.
- Strong expertise in laparoscopic surgery.
- Willingness to acquire training and expertise in advanced robotic surgical procedures.
- Excellent clinical judgement, teamwork and communication skills.
