Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Legal Manager role based in Narmdapuram.

The Legal

Manager will oversee legal affairs related to the company’s consumer services, including reviewing and recovery of the Hard bucket/shortfall. The role involves ensuring legal and regulatory compliance, advising internal stakeholders on legal risks, and coordinating with external legal counsel as needed.

Manager will support dispute resolution, manage documentation for legal proceedings, and maintain accurate legal records and policies. The position requires close collaboration with business, operations,



and compliance teams to align legal strategies with organizational objectives.

Qualifications

- Solid foundation in Law, with the ability to interpret and apply relevant statutes and regulations.
- Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting, reviewing, and revising contracts and agreements.
- Experience in Legal Consulting, providing clear, practical guidance to internal stakeholders.
- Expertise in Legal Compliance, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Experience managing Legal Affairs, including litigation support, dispute resolution, and coordination with external counsel.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) or equivalent; advanced legal qualifications are an advantage.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work on-site in Bhopal, collaborate across teams, and manage multiple matters simultaneously.
- Prior experience in financial services or consumer services sectors is preferred.
