This role offers hands-on exposure to corporate law, commercial contracts, and legal processes within a fast-paced health-tech startup.

Legal Intern- Job OverviewWe are looking for a Legal Intern who is interested in corporate law, commercial transactions, and regulatory compliance.

This is a 2-month paid internship based in Bengaluru (in-office) or remote, offering an opportunity to work on practical legal matters and support the company's internal legal processes.

The ideal candidate will have solid legal research and drafting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Corporate Legal Support: Assist with corporate, transactional, and regulatory compliance matters.
- Contract Drafting & Review: Draft and review commercial contracts, agreements, and corporate documentation.
- Legal Research: Conduct research on corporate, commercial,



and regulatory matters and prepare concise legal memos.
- Compliance Management: Assist in maintaining statutory records, supporting filings, and managing internal legal processes.
- Documentation & Record Keeping: Ensure legal documents and corporate records are accurate, organized, and up to date.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand legal requirements and support business operations.
- Confidentiality & Professionalism: Handle sensitive information and legal documentation with discretion.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on developments in corporate law, regulatory compliance, data privacy, and technology-related legal matters.

Who Can Apply:

- Students currently pursuing the 4th or 5th year of a 5-year integrated law program.
- Candidates who have completed at least two corporate law internships, preferably at law firms.
- Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented startup environment.
