Description

Sandisk Finance is seeking Lead Finance Transformation analyst to support enterprise financial planning, forecasting, reporting, data governance, and emerging AI-enabled Finance capabilities across the organization. This role serves as a key liaison between FP&A;, Accounting, IT, HR, and cross-functional business teams, with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA, Oracle EPBCS, SAP BPC. The ideal candidate will combine strong financial planning and business analysis expertise with systems, data, and AI capabilities to drive automation, improve forecasting and reporting, enhance data quality, and enable more efficient Finance processes.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Forecasting

- Support enterprise financial planning and forecasting processes across Spend, Workforce, Capex, Revenue, Cost, Gross Margin, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow using Planning tools like Oracle EPBCS, SAP BPC/SAC .
- Prepare, validate, and reconcile planning data for weekly, monthly, quarterly,



and annual forecasting cycles.
- Partner with GL Accounting and FP&A; during financial close and forecast cycles to ensure timely and accurate alignment of actuals and planning data.
- Provide global FP&A; support for Oracle EPM, Smart View, forecasting processes, reporting, and ad-hoc analysis.
- Evaluate and support the implementation of AI-enabled use cases such as predictive forecasting, variance analysis, anomaly detection, automated reporting, and intelligent insights.
- Partner with Finance and IT teams to identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve decision-making using AI and advanced analytics.
- Stay current with emerging AI capabilities and assess their applicability to FP&A;, financial planning, reporting, and enterprise Finance processes.
- Support the development of business requirements and use cases for integrating AI capabilities into Finance systems and workflows.

Business

Analysis & Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Partner with Finance, IT, HR, and business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into system enhancements and process improvements.
- Assess existing processes and identify opportunities to improve forecasting efficiency, reporting capabilities, automation, data quality, and operational effectiveness.
- Develop business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, and test scenarios for Finance system enhancements.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT), issue resolution, and deployment of system enhancements.

Finance

Systems & Data Governance

- Support the administration and maintenance of enterprise financial planning applications
- Support SAP MDG/MGH, Oracle DRM,



and Finance metadata/master data management processes.
- Ensure data integrity, consistency, scalability, and compliance across Finance planning and reporting systems.
- Lead small to medium-sized system enhancements and process improvement initiatives in partnership with IT and Finance stakeholders.
- Support integration and data flows between SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Fusion, planning applications, data platforms, and other enterprise systems.
- Promote adoption of Finance planning, reporting, automation, and AI-enabled solutions across the organization.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and point of contact for Finance planning applications, business processes, and emerging technology capabilities.

Qualifications

- 10+ years hands-on experience with SAP BPC/SAC, Oracle EPBCS, SAP MDG, SAP S4
- 10+ years supporting financial planning and FP&A; processes.
- Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and accounting principles
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
