Job Purpose: To plan, organize, co- ordinate and manage activities of the GBSPL including maintenance of books of account, MIS, internal controls, software development, budgetary control, adherence to SOP, legal compliance in accordance with the legal / regulatory requirements and policies of the Company.

KRAs

Financial Operations

- Oversee day-to-day accounting functions including AP/AR, payroll, and taxations.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, expense claims, salary, and payments.
- Ensure all MSME payment to be on time.
- Maintain compliance with statutory and internal financial policies / SOP.

Financial Planning & Analysis

- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Support strategic decision-making with data-driven insights.

Internal Control

- To establish and monitor the implementation and maintenance of accounting control procedures.




- Recommends and maintains processes to ensure proper internal controls exist and are followed to maintain the integrity of the financial data

Taxation

- Obtain lower deduction certificate from income tax dept.
- Ensure for timely payments of GST, TDS.
- Ensure for timely filing of applicable returns.
- Preparation of form 3CD and assist in completion of tax audit
- Timely completion of ITR 6

Other Statutory Compliaces

- Ensure timely payment of PF, PT,ESIC and LWF
- Obtain timely detail from HR for payment of statutory liabilities.
- Ensure timely MCA return (AOC-4) prepared and filed.

Audits

- Over all responsibilities to assist in Audits – Statutory Audit, Internal Audit and Tax Audit.

Process Improvement

- Identify and implement improvements in financial processes and systems.
- Support automation and digitaliization initiatives to enhance efficiency.
