Learning & Development Content Design Lead to drive the creation of impactful, scalable, and engaging learning experiences across our global organization.

About the Role

As the Learning & Development Content Design Lead, you will lead the strategic development of high-quality learning content, collaborate with stakeholders across the business, and leverage AI-enabled tools to create engaging digital learning experiences. This role will play a key part in scaling learning solutions globally and supporting the development of e-learning programs across the Group.

Key Responsibilities





- Design engaging courses and learning pathways using user-centered design principles.
- Leverage AI tools to develop learning content, FAQs, and accessibility metadata.
- Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and L&D; teams to create blended and e-learning solutions.
- Manage content quality, maintenance, and governance while ensuring brand consistency.
- Develop multimedia learning assets using tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, and video-based learning technologies.
- Conduct testing, upload and maintain content within LMS platforms.
- Support virtual classroom operations, learner engagement analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives through learner feedback and data insights.

Requirements

Qualifications

- MBA (Must Have)
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5-7 years of relevant experience

Technical Skills

- Strong expertise in Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise
- Knowledge of SCORM and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Experience in instructional design and multimedia learning content development
