We are looking for an experienced and strategic leader to take ownership of our Spare Parts Planning, Inventory Management, Procurement, and Warehouse Operations function.

This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll play a critical part in ensuring maximum equipment uptime, maintenance readiness, supply continuity, and working capital optimization across the organization

What You'll Do

Lead Spare Parts Strategy & Inventory Optimization

- Design and execute enterprise-wide spare parts planning strategies.
- Build data-driven inventory models based on equipment criticality, demand patterns, reliability data, and maintenance schedules.
- Drive inventory optimization through ABC, VED, FSN, HML, and criticality-based frameworks.
- Improve service levels while reducing excess inventory, obsolescence, and carrying costs.

Drive Demand Planning & Reliability Excellence

- Partner with Engineering, Maintenance, Reliability, and Operations teams to ensure uninterrupted availability of critical parts.
- Support preventive maintenance, shutdown planning, predictive maintenance, and major overhauls.
- Leverage reliability and failure data to proactively anticipate future requirements.

Own Strategic Procurement & Supplier Management

- Develop sourcing strategies for spare parts and maintenance materials.
- Lead supplier selection, negotiations, contract management, and performance governance.
- Build resilient supplier networks and alternate sourcing strategies to mitigate supply chain risks.

Lead Warehouse & Inventory Operations





- Oversee end-to-end warehousing, stores, inventory control, and material management processes.
- Drive inventory accuracy, traceability, process discipline, and operational excellence.
- Champion digitalization, automation, and lean warehousing initiatives.

Deliver Cost & Working Capital Improvements

- Optimize inventory investment and working capital deployment.
- Reduce obsolete and non-moving inventory.
- Improve inventory turnover and overall supply chain productivity.
- Drive measurable cost savings while maintaining operational readiness.

What We're Looking For

10+ years of experience across Spare Parts Planning, Inventory Management, Procurement, Warehouse Operations, or Maintenance Supply Chain.

Solid experience managing large spare parts portfolios within asset-intensive environments.
