About the Role

We're looking for a Lead Product Manager to drive the next phase of product innovation and growth at FRND.

This is a 0→1 leadership role where you'll identify new business opportunities, validate ideas, and build products from the ground up. You'll work closely with the founders and cross-functional teams to define product strategy, solve complex user problems, and turn innovative ideas into scalable products that drive meaningful business impact.

We're looking for someone who combines strong product thinking with strategic vision, analytical rigour, and the ability to execute in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. What You'll Do

- Drive Product Strategy: Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for new product initiatives aligned with FRND's business goals and growth opportunities.
- Build from 0→1: Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from identifying opportunities and validating ideas to launching, scaling, and optimising products.
- Identify Growth Opportunities: Understand user behaviour, market trends, and competitive landscapes to uncover opportunities for new products and experiences.
- Own Product Execution: Translate product strategy into actionable roadmaps, PRDs, priorities, and measurable outcomes.
- Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, analytics, growth, and business teams to drive execution and deliver impactful user experiences.
- Drive Data-Driven Decisions: Use user research, product analytics, and experimentation to validate hypotheses,



measure performance, and inform product direction.
- Define Success Metrics: Establish and track key product metrics across user acquisition, engagement, retention, monetisation, and business growth.
- Navigate Ambiguity: Make informed decisions in uncertain environments, balance competing priorities, and drive initiatives forward with speed and clarity.
- Influence Stakeholders: Partner with founders and senior stakeholders to evaluate opportunities, align on priorities, and drive high-impact business decisions.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve existing experiences, test recent approaches, and scale successful initiatives.

What We're Looking For

- 5–8 years of Product Management experience, preferably in consumer internet, social, gaming, marketplace, or startup environments.
- Proven experience building and launching products from 0→1, or leading significant product initiatives with measurable business impact.
- Strong product strategy and business acumen, with the ability to connect user needs with business opportunities.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data and experimentation to drive product decisions.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, make independent decisions,



and operate effectively in fast-paced environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
- Experience working closely with engineering, design, analytics, and growth teams to deliver products at scale.
- Strong execution skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively, manage trade-offs, and drive initiatives from idea to impact.
- A high-ownership mindset, with a bias for action, speed, and accountability.
- Experience with A/B testing, product experimentation, and metrics-driven optimisation is a plus.

Note: The FRND team works 6 days a week, with 1st and 3rd Saturdays being working days.
