Key Skills Required:

- Experience with network monitoring tools such as Zabbix / Enterprise 360 and ticketing tools like ManageEngine.
- Robust hands-on experience in Cisco Routing and Switching, including BGP, OSPF, HSRP, Static Routing, VLAN, VTP, STP, Trunking, and EtherChannel.
- Expert-level experience in FortiGate Firewall, including CLI/GUI, IPsec VPN, SSL VPN, NAT, Web Filtering, and BGP.
- Good knowledge of FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer, and Fortinet NAC solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Fortinet SD-WAN, including link/tunnel failover.
- Good knowledge of Versa SD-WAN.
- Hands-on knowledge of Meraki Wireless Access Points and Controllers.
- Understanding of MPLS, ILL, and Broadband connectivity.
- Experience in ISP ticket logging, network troubleshooting, and vendor coordination.
- Knowledge of Juniper network devices will be an added advantage.
