Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound enquiries from Google Ads, Meta Ads, website, calls, WhatsApp, and live chat.
- Contact, qualify, and validate leads based on business requirements, budget, and purchase timelines.
- Handle incoming calls and follow up on pending enquiries and missed calls.
- Assign qualified leads to the appropriate sales team.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare daily MIS reports.
- Track lead status and coordinate with the sales team.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication in English and Hindi.
- Experience in B2B lead qualification, preferably in IT/ERP/SaaS.
- Knowledge of CRM, MS Excel, and lead management.
- Strong telephone etiquette and customer-handling skills.
