Role Description
JD
- 6+ years of overall ServiceNow testing experience.
- Strong hands on testing experience in ServiceNow ITOM, including:
- Discovery
- Service Mapping
- Event Management
- CMDB
- Solid understanding of ITIL / ITSM processes and ITOM ITSM integration.
- Experience testing integrations with monitoring tools
- Experience in CMDB data validation, reconciliation, and CI relationship testing.
- Hands on experience with test management and defect tracking tools (Jira, HP ALM, Azure DevOps).
- Robust SQL or query skills for backend data validation.
- Good understanding of ServiceNow tables, CI classes, and relationships
