Role Description This is a full time, on-site Lead Generation Manager role based in Noida.

The Lead Generation

Manager will be responsible for planning and executing lead generation strategies to attract accounting firms, CPAs, and business clients in target geographies. Day-to-day tasks include managing outbound and inbound campaigns, building and nurturing prospect lists, qualifying leads, and coordinating closely with sales and marketing teams to optimize conversion. The role involves analyzing campaign performance, using CRM and marketing tools to segment and track leads, and refining outreach tactics based on data insights.

The Lead Generation

Manager will also collaborate on content and messaging, maintain accurate lead records, and contribute to periodic reporting and forecasting.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in lead generation strategy,



CRM management, and pipeline tracking.
- Candidates should possess skills in outbound prospecting, email campaigns, and tele-calling or inside sales outreach.
- Candidates should possess skills in digital marketing fundamentals, including SEO/SEM basics, social media outreach, and landing page optimization.
- Candidates should possess skills in data analysis, reporting, and use of spreadsheets or business intelligence tools to measure campaign performance.
- Candidates should possess skills in communication, presentation, and stakeholder collaboration across sales and marketing teams.
- Prior experience in B2B lead generation, preferably within financial services, outsourcing, or professional services, is highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with international markets (USA, Canada, UK, Australia) and working with global clients is an advantage.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment, meet targets, and adhere to ethical, non-discriminatory professional standards.
